After listening to several presentations by other realtors we felt that Jim had the best approach and he also got us a sale price well over what the other agents were suggesting we initially list at. We were very pleased with our selling experience with Jim. He responded quickly to every question or concern we had and gave us a time-line after we accepted a contract on our home. He followed up on each phase and always kept us informed. His knowledge of the market and negotiating skills helped us to get a good price in a time frame that worked out well for all of us and his easy-going manner during what is often a difficult time kept everyone assured and confident about the sale.

We made two or three different trips to look at a variety of houses across several towns. Jim showed us many different houses several days in a row each trip.Since we are from another state we were unfamiliar with some of the different towns and neighborhoods. Jim was able to help us find a nice home in a nice neighborhood to be near my aunt.As a side note buying a house and doing the closing a week before Christmas takes a little bit of extra work on everyone's part.On the day of the closing Jim met us at the house so we could have one more walk through and went to the closing company with us. All this happened within thirty days. Jim was also kind gave us a gift card along with several lovely new address cards. This makes it much easier when you are from out of town. Bottom line Jim and his team guided us through the process of buying a good home in Florida so we could be nearer my aunt.
