Jim and Maggie are the best in the Real Estate business. They are caring folks combined with the highest level of knowledge and professionalism. After working with another agent for several months and seeing no results, the Ruddy team comes in and knocks the ball out of the court. The secret was Jim or Maggie attended all the showings. Getting to know me and my property was the craft. They sell your house versus relying on a "buyers" agent for their best guess. I can't say enough. Thanks Team Ruddy !

As a former type 'A' personality aging and the need for assistance has not been fun...in fact it is almost as difficult as the thought of buying a home for the first time in 20 years. Seeking help from Jim Ruddy and Maggie was a blessing. Their knowledge of market trends, law changes, etc. have been valuable. They have been extremely supportive of me, as well as my health issues, guiding me through this entire process. They listened to all of my needs and worked to accommodate me. I could never ever have done this without help...specifically their help. I cannot thank them enough and will recommend them to anyone who wants to buy/sell real estate.

I can't thank Jim enough for all the help during such a crazy time in my life! Between juggling my job, kids, packing, selling my house, and searching for a new home 4 hours away, I felt completely overwhelmed. Jim is very knowledgeable and always reachable. He was there every step of the way, keeping me organized and on track. He took care of everything--coordinating inspections, preparing contracts to complete, and walking me through all the details so I knew exactly what was going on, even when I couldn't be there in person.
