Jim did a fantastic job for us handling an estate sale under difficult circumstances. The value of the listing was not very high but Jim treated it as he would have had it been a more expensive listing. We were pleased that two closings were executed in a timely manner and we would not hesitate to use Jim again should circumstances warrant.
