We were referred to Jim by Dave Ramsey who listed him as one of their ELP Providers. After listening to several presentations by other realtors we felt that Jim had the best approach and he also got us a sale price well over what the other agents were suggesting we initially list at. We were very pleased with our selling experience with Jim. He responded quickly to every question or concern we had and gave us a time-line after we accepted a contract on our home. He followed up on each phase and always kept us informed. His knowledge of the market and negotiating skills helped us to get a good price in a time frame that worked out well for all of us and his easy-going manner during what is often a difficult time kept everyone assured and confident about the sale.
