They also suggested small improvements to enhance the appeal and also items that were in need of repair so there were no concerns to a potential buyer. Jim first worked with us when we moved to the area and were looking for rentals. Even though he knew we weren't ready to buy he helped us figure out the price ranges and went with us to visit different enclaves in the Orlando area. He kept in touch with us every once in a while until we were ready to take the next step to home ownership. He was really helpful in explaining the process as first time homeowners guiding us toward properties that would suit our needs as a multi-generational household and keeping us within budget. The Ruddy Team has handled all my Real Estate business. I know I can trust them to identify the homes I love and provide me with a fair evaluation of that home's value and what I can do to win that offer against other potential buyers. What I really like about the team is their approach to selling my properties. They identify items that may come up in the sale of that home and provide a number of ways to handle that issue or issues. The best example of that would be the sale of my Mom's home. They alerted my sister and I of two major insurance items that would impact the sale of the home. Aluminum wire and Poly Bute piping. We priced it high with the intent of providing a credit if need be. As it turned out we did offer a credit but sold it for $1000 over asking. A great relief to both my sister and I. As always the team came through for me. Then they went on to prepare a rental property for us and sold that within 2 weeks. Handling all the negotiating as a result of inspections issues. They know how to keep the deal together.
