Jim and team were great to work with! I had a very long and detailed home search and we navigated through a couple of initial contracts on homes that ultimately weren't the best fit (inspection issues sellers refusing to be realistic on price etc.) Jim was incredibly patient and demonstrated that he was truly dedicated to making sure I got the RIGHT home not just any home.
