Jim Ruddy did an excellent job for me. He helped me find my dream home. He stuck with me through the whole process and was very into attentive to my needs. Jim was very knowledgeable and helped to guide me as to what I should be looking for. He went over and beyond to take extra steps to see who actually did the work on the home and what type of work and who pulled the permits. Jim was also very responsive. He would respond to my calls within an hour. He would always have an answer for me and if he didnt he would would research it and get back to me in a timely manner
