I was drawn to him because on the marquee outside his Longwood office Jim and his team are ALWAYS number 1 consistently month after month, year after year.I contacted him in early January 2024 to sell my townhouse. When he arrived for our first meeting and walk through he had done his homework, presented me with a very fair and comprehensive proposal. I immediately signed putting full faith in Jim. Sure enough, eight days later we had a firm offer after only two open houses. Closing was not scheduled until April 5 BUT Jim was with me through every step of the way, From setting up inspections to arranging title company meetings, etc. Jim is exemplary of a professional realtor and true gentleman.
