Jim and Maggie are a realtor team "par excellence". We recognized Jim's marketing and sales expertise regarding residential properties from the first time we spoke. His relentless request for open houses ultimately sold our home. In addition both Jim and Maggie assisted us with items quite beyond the expectation of one's realtor: Jim assisted Tom with pool equipment and the septic system access; Maggie watered flowers in our absence and was a great comfort to our cat Cleo in the sales process.
