Jim Ruddy was such a great Realtor going over and above for the sale of my house and buy of another home. He was always available via phone text and email. You won't wait long to get a call back with the information you need. He is very knowledgeable in the real estate business. He even helped me when I needed a handyman by fixing and painting closet doors so we could get to the closing table. And after closing he ran through the parking lot getting my keys as the seller forgot to give them to me! How many Realtor do those sorts of things and with a smile to boot.
