This was my first home-buying experience and going into it I was initially very overwhelmed. I needed someone who had tons of experience and patience who could lead me through the whole process from beginning to end.Jim Ruddy was exactly what I needed and more. From the very start he was very helpful and quick to point out little details I should be looking at questions that I should be inquiring about and important things to look out for. Overall he was an invaluable asset to have in my corner and I learned tons of things about homes and the home-buying process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. Extremely helpful and patient. I always come back to the words of my colleague that referred him: "I have the BEST realtor for you!".

Jim and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. He showed up promptly answered every question we had and gave us a great plan to sell our house. From arranging for great pictures to listing it on every known realtor site there is to making sure we knew what was going on along the entire process.
