Jim went far beyond what a Realtor needs to do for their client. Every issue was researched and he kept me up to date on everything he did almost on a daily basis. I never had a concern about anything, because I knew it was taken care of. I trusted him completely. Actually, because I needed a closing date of April 21, he had to spend a lot of extra time to make that happen. So for the last week, I was hearing daily. And due to his constant working with each, I was able to close my part on April 21st. I will recommend him to anyone selling or buying a property.

We listed our house for sale with Jim Ruddy and his team on 12-1-2021. The sale closed on 12-23-2021! WOW! What a great job him and his team did! We got a GREAT price and the whole process was a breeze with only a few small speed bumps. We had listed the house with another local real estate agent for sale in 2020 and it was a complete disaster! The interest and knowledge of that agent and their company was a joke! I don't think they could have closed the house sale if they wanted to!
