I was drawn to him because on the marquee outside his Longwood office Jim and his team are ALWAYS number 1 consistently month after month, year after year.I contacted him in early January 2024 to sell my townhouse. When he arrived for our first meeting and walk through he had done his homework, presented me with a very fair and comprehensive proposal. I immediately signed putting full faith in Jim. Sure enough, eight days later we had a firm offer after only two open houses. Closing was not scheduled until April 5 BUT Jim was with me through every step of the way, From setting up inspections to arranging title company meetings, etc. Jim is exemplary of a professional realtor and true gentleman. This is the second time we used the Ruddy Team to sell a home in the last 10 years. Both experiences exceeded our expectations. They are more than a team member and aways acted like a true partner. They always seem to know what we needed before we even know we needed it. They were also very proactive with helping us line up and manage contractors when we needed to get work completed. Communication is important to us and they are extremely responsive irrespective of the day or time. Finally, open houses were just standard for them. I don't think they ever missed a weekend. Everyone has a different level of expectations, for us the Ruddy Team consistently exceeded our expectations.
