The Jim Ruddy Team are a cut above the rest. I had a specific need to find a small home to down size into and a short time frame. Dave Ramsey's team referred Jim and Maggie Patek along with 2 other Real Estate teams to interview. Well after one call Maggie had found me the perfect home while the other Agents where sending me loads of stuff I was not asking for. They listed my home and sold it in 4 days for more than any other home of my size sold in this area. They then negotiated the purchase of my new home within 24 hours of selling my current home all this along with protective language in case my deal fell though. Over the next 4 weeks they where with me every day keeping me updated on what was done and what needed to be done. I had so many misgivings going into this process but The Ruddy team made it all seamless. Thank you Jim & Maggie you don't know what it meant to me. I will always be talking you guys up.

The Ruddy team main leader was Maggie Patek and she helped me evaluate a number of possible homes and once I settled on a New Townhouse She was there to evaluate the Builders contract and counseled me on what to be cautious of signing. She also negotiated with the builder to protect ALL the money I had to put down from the very beginning to ensure I could get it back if things went poorly in the economy/ housing market. The team was there for me every step of the way and the entire time of the inspection and follow-up to confirm the repairs were done. They were also present for my closing and walked me through different fees the Title Company had presented to me to confirm they where all correct according to my contract. It was my first home purchase and Maggie and her team gave me confidence the entire way. I would recommend Maggie to any of my friends when they decide to buy or sell a home!

It is hard to articulate in words how exemplary Jim's service was. He went above and beyond in every aspect of both selling our home and helping us find and buy our forever home. Our home was under contract 2 days after listing with 2 offers (one full price). When it was time to buy Jim truly had OUR best interests at heart. He was more focused on answering our questions giving us good advice and finding a home that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. He truly has the heart of a teacher and explained the process to us every step of the way with so much patience and care. He handled everything - we literally did not need to worry about anything. I would recommend Jim to anyone. He is professional honest hard working and by far the best real estate professional I have ever worked with.
