Jim went above and beyond when both helping us buy and sell our home. In 2005 Jim helped us find our home in a market that was incredibly hot. He did more than help us with financing snafus and assisted a young couple with making a huge purchase. Fast forward fifteen years and we did not hesitate to call Jim back and ask for his assistance. He again had to work around unforeseen problems as the house had been with a property management company for some time. We cannot express all that Jim did for us in both experiences. He was constantly on top of all problems and worked personally and professionally to fix them quickly. We are grateful for Jim and his hard work in both buying and selling our Casselberry home. I have already shared his information with friends that are considering selling in the area and will continue to do so. THANK YOU JIM!

Jim and Maggie were amazing!! Great service from start to finish of pre listing to closing. We had to wait for nothing. Pictures were amazing. Use of social media astounding. Held our hands and calmed us when there were hiccups during the escrow. Most importantly Jim listened to us and our desires and helped them to happen. Jim started pre-listing help years before we actually were ready to sell and we appreciate so much his patience and kindness. One of the best decisions I made in an unsure year of 2020 was to ask Jim and his daughter Maggie to represent me in the sale of my house. I have had some not so good experiences in the past with former agents so I really needed pros this time around. Their professionalism knowledge of their industry and hard work paid off. I have never had agents that were so hands on as they were with every aspect of the sale of the house. Their attention to every detail understanding of real estate transactions and law were so impressive to me. Not only that but they are so forward thinking with their posts on social media using live video on Facebook and Instagram helped bring so much light and attention to my house. This was my first home-buying experience and going into it I was initially very overwhelmed.
